The Capital Markets Advisory Services Group conducts various training programs and courses at its state-of-the-art facility in Mumbai, India. Currently, it provides non-residential programs for various global certification courses of recognized institutions, training in financial and risk management software, process engineering programs and executive development programs in the financial services industry. It also provides customized on-site training and development programs as per client's request.

The Capital Markets Advisory Services Group has set up a state-of-the-art knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) facility in Mumbai and Bhubaneswar, India. These KPOs are run by its Indian associate company TRANSOCEANIC FINANCIAL ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED. The facility is being used for transaction processing, research, business development and client relationship management for various local and overseas institutions.

The Capital Markets Advisory Group is in the process of setting up an online investment boutique www.gulfinvestmart.com in the Gulf, which aims to provide online research/ trading facilities on the 6 GCC stock markets, as well as screen and syndicate global investment, savings and insurance products. The Capital Markets Advisory Group has developed an equity research software 'SMART EQUITY' which is being used by the Group across many equity markets of the world. The software provides both multiple-based traditional valuation parameters as well as valuations based on various models such as CAPM, dividend discount, cash flow discount, free cash flow and residual reserve models. The software also provides rolling beta, standard deviation and VaR of stocks and various markets, and has excellent charting backup for technical analysis.
